Whit Frost

David W. Frost is a partner with the firm. Mr. Frost has a general litigation practice, with a focus on high conflict domestic relations matters – including divorces, child custody proceedings, legitimation actions, and juvenile court cases. Mr. Frost also represents clients that have been charged with misdemeanor and felony crimes.

With the firm, Mr. Frost is counsel for the Cherokee County School District, the Cherokee County Water Authority, the Cherokee County Property Tax Assessor’s Office, and the City of Ball Ground.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Frost was a prosecutor with the Office of the Cherokee County Solicitor General.

In the community, Mr. Frost has served as the President of the Blue Ridge Bar Association, is a member of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Canton Rotary Club.

Mr. Frost is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law.

Mr. Frost resides in Cherokee County with his wife, Michelle, and their children.
