Darrell R. Caudill, Jr.
After graduating from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 1991, Darrell Caudill served as law clerk for two years to the Honorable C. Michael Roach, in the Superior Court of Cherokee County. Following his clerkship with Judge Roach, he worked for the Marietta law firm, Custer & Hill, until he joined the firm in 1996.
Since joining the firm, Darrell has engaged in a general litigation practice. The primary focus of his work is local government law. Darrell represents the Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority, the Cherokee County Board of Tax Assessors, the City of Ball Ground, and the Cherokee County School System.
