Lindsay Haney

Lindsay Haney maintains a general litigation practice with a focus on Family Law and Criminal Law. With the firm, Mrs. Haney is also counsel for the Cherokee County School District.

Mrs. Haney worked as a prosecutor for almost three years prior to transitioning to criminal defense and family law litigation. Mrs. Haney also has years of experience working in Juvenile Courts around the metro-Atlanta area.

Ms. Haney has lived in Cherokee County, Georgia her entire life. She graduated from Woodstock High School and went to Kennesaw State University for her Undergraduate Degree. Ms. Haney attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida and immediately began working as a prosecutor with the Cobb County Solicitor's Office upon graduation.
