Christopher Smith

Christopher Smith is an associate attorney at the firm, where his practice focuses on family law, criminal defense, and probate matters. A native of Cherokee County, Mr. Smith is proud to serve the community he has long called home. In addition to representing individual clients, he also assists with legal matters for the Cherokee County School District and the City of Ball Ground.

Mr. Smith earned his J.D. from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he obtained a certificate in Estate Planning and Taxation. During law school, he gained valuable experience through internships with the Public Defender’s Office and a local law firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, earning degrees in Finance and Sports Management.

Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2024, Mr. Smith is committed to providing thoughtful, effective counsel for his clients across a wide range of legal matters.
